Science ContentStudents will differentiate between metal, metalloid, and non-metal regions on the periodic table.
Students will recognize elements have specific properties that determine their uses.
Students will know basic historic background and development of the periodic table.
Students will understand information given in each square of the periodic table.
Technology ContentStudents will use the internet as a research tool to locate, evaluate, and collect information. They will also be using Microsoft Power Point to design a multi-media presentation of their information. The presentation will include required content as well as graphics and sound.
